I was invited to think about “vocation”, while attending a workshop. I am forever grateful for that experience because landing on my vocation has been a constant guide to my life and work.

My vocation is to support people who come from traditionally and historically marginalised backgrounds to show up in their full humanity in the places they live, work, and play.

As a trainer in Nonviolent Communication, a student of leadership and systems-thinker, there are endless opportunities to work from a place of vocation. It ultimately means that I am able to provide practical skill-building that allow people to take their values from the place of ideals to action—off the page and into daily practice.
